URBN Performance Marketing Analyst

URBN is hiring a Performance Marketing Analyst with experience in Digital Performance Media and Search Engine Marketing to help us better measure and optimize the effectiveness of our investments. This role sits on our central Marketing organization and will directly support our growing in house Paid and Organic Search teams.  This role will also focus on LLM Agent/Answer Engine Optimization initiatives meant to drive Brand Discoverability in these new platforms as the Search and Shopping landscape continues to quickly evolve.
