🧑💼 About the Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and success of the service, ensuring excellence across:
Quality & Compliance – Driving high standards aligned with the NQS and regulatory requirements
People Leadership – Inspiring, mentoring, and developing a strong and engaged team
Family Engagement – Building meaningful relationships with families and the local community
Operations & Performance – Managing occupancy, budgets, and centre performance
Culture – Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment
💡 About You
You are a confident and capable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality early education.
You will bring:
Previous experience as a Centre Director (or a strong 2IC/Assistant Director ready to step up)
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership and team development skills
A commercial mindset with the ability to drive occupancy and performance
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
📋 Essential Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Full Australian working rights
