Senior Operator - Enterprise Command & Control Center Operations

JOB PURPOSE
The role aims to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the Road and Transportation network in the Emirate
of Dubai by managing the EC3 systems linked to the operational control centers within the RTA. It also involves
implement all operational procedures taken by these centers in accordance with relevant approved policies and
procedures.

Education

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university.

• Diploma: 5 years

• Bachelor’s: 0-2 Practical experience in the field of operational control centers in the road and transportation network or a similar work environment is preferred
