Job Description

Responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources management, aimed at attracting qualified talents in line with the Authority’s needs and strategic objectives. The role includes coordinating with various departments to identify staffing needs, managing selection and evaluation processes, and ensuring the implementation of best hiring practices compliance with approved policies and procedures, thereby contributing to enhancing human capital efficiency and achieving the Authority’s objectives.

Academic Qualification and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree (0–2 years of experience) / Diploma (8 years of work experience).

Specialization: Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
