Division Chief, Vascular Neurology (Assistant/Associate/Professor) (Tenure Track)

Leadership Administration: Oversee the division’s strategic growth, faculty recruitment, and program development while ensuring alignment with departmental and institutional goals. Clinical Excellence: Supervise and enhance stroke and cerebrovascular care, develop clinical programs, and lead quality improvement initiatives. Research Scholarship: Maintain an independent, funded research program, foster collaborations, mentor faculty and trainees in scholarly work, and secure extramural research funding. Education Mentorship: Provide leadership in resident, fellow, and medical student education, including training and mentorship. Institutional National Engagement: Represent vascular neurology at institutional, regional, and national levels, advocate for resources, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Financial Operational Oversight: Manage division finances, optimize clinical and research revenue, and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
