We are looking forward to Field Service Engineer in Eaton’s Electrical Business, based in Kaohsiung , Taiwan. We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.
What you’ll do:
Field service engineer, providing after sales service to engineer.
- Provide UPS/MBP/LVSWGR after services which include: system installation, maintenance, battery replacement, repair and son on.
- Be responsible for product quality improvement and enhancement.
- Establish after service related SOP.
- UPS Product Application Planning.
Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering or Electronics degree.
- 5+ years of experience in power industry.
- With electronic circuits related knowledge and skills as well as good problem solving attitude.
- Good communication skills.
