What you’ll do:

IU Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer support to inter-unit clients globally. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strong communication across different time zones and cultures.    

  • Order Management & Delivery Tracking
    Process and manage customer orders (EDI/email) with accurate SAP system entry; monitor order execution and delivery status, coordinate shipment plans, and communicate key changes in a timely manner.
  • Cross-functional Coordination & Forecast Management 
    Collaborate with internal teams (production, planning, logistics, technical) to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation; support forecasting, data analysis, reporting, and overall business operations.
  • Customer Communication & Issue Resolution
    Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online channels; understand customer needs, provide product and order updates, and ensure efficient issue resolution with end-to-end follow-up to achieve customer satisfaction."    

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales Support, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or business-related areas.
  • 5 + years’ experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics field, preferably in an international or cross-border environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or equivalent ERP system). Power BI or Data Analysis Tool experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities, able to communicate effectively and patiently during business-to-business transactions.
  • A good team player with excellent organization and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
