Responsibilities
· Prepare and update a documentation folder for each site
· Coordinate with engineering and RO team to ensure site folder is up to date.
· Coordinate with SAQ team to prepare site access for ROM team
· Coordinate with local HR and Admin to secure office access cards and badges for the newcomers.
· Coordinate with local admins and ROM management to secure the transportation of project team to the site
· Coordinate with local admin to arrange the airport pickup and hotel booking for newcomers
· Coordinate with project management and LMs to ensure ERM demands and WBS are assigned for teams’ members.
· Coordinate with procurement and LMs to ensure Tempus is update for ETLs teams’ members
· Support in supplier’s PO issuance
Knowledge & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field with 2–5 years of experience in project coordination within telecom or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in project documentation management, including maintaining and updating site folders, records, and project tracking documents.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, rollout (RO), and SAQ teams to ensure site readiness and accurate documentation flow.
• Experience in supporting site access coordination, including permits, logistics, and preparation for rollout managers and field teams.
• Strong coordination skills with HR and Administration teams to support onboarding activities such as office access cards, badges, and newcomer logistics.
