Bob Johnson Auto Group is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our Kia, Nissan, and Volkswagen team. Our Detailers play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is showroom-ready before delivery.

What You'll Do

• Wash, wax, and polish new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and deep clean vehicle interiors.
• Apply interior and exterior protectants as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic imperfections and report concerns.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display.
• Maintain a clean and organized detailing bay.
• Safely operate detailing equipment and cleaning tools.
• Assist with vehicle movement and lot organization when needed.

Schedule

Full-time position. Schedule may include Saturdays based on business needs.

What We're Looking For

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous detailing experience preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).
