3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food or chemical industry
Industrial food processing experience preferred
Knowledge of proper operation of Affirmation & Melting, Carbonatation, Char & Carbon Filtration, Boiling of White, Remelt & Soft Sugar, Spinning of White, Soft, and Recovery sugars, Conditioning and Drying of white sugars, Liquid sugar manufacturing
Ability to achieve results through subordinates in an organized labor environment
Ability to work effectively with subordinates, peers, and supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to be proactive and self-directed
Must be physically able to navigate throughout the manufacturing area
Be in good physical condition and available for rotating shifts and weekend work
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to operate a computer
