Job Content

  • To develop strategic plans with dealers / branch managers and monitor results to achieve area sales targets.
  • Ensure dealers / branch manager comply to BYD standards processes and reporting. 
  • Ensure customer concerns within the area assigned are resolved in timely manners
  • Develop and review sales plan and marketing activities to achieve monthly sales target
  • Develop and review requirements and plans with dealers / branch managers on acilities, demo vehicle, manpower and processes according to BYD standard.
  • Close hot alerts and customers concerns within the stipulated time frame
  • To assist sales / branch managers in daily operational issues
  • Compile market and competitive information on competitors pricing, discounts, specification and feedback to Company
  • Assist dealer appointment and ensure setup of operations according to planned timing.
  • Assist and remind dealers to be on schedule for agreed facility upgrade
  • Assist in training of sales advisors together with training department 
  • Ensure dealer / branch managers comply in sales reporting.
