- Facilitate communication between production, sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain.
- Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels.
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
- Make special shipping arrangements as necessary.
- Track and fix shipping errors.
- Prepare bills and invoices.
- Manage distribution and shipment budgets.
- Ensure the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
