Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator & Developer to support and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of administrative expertise and development capabilities, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Configure and customize Salesforce including:
- Standard & custom objects
- Fields, page layouts, record types
- Validation rules and security settings
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and data security
- Perform regular data maintenance activities including mass data uploads, data cleansing, and deduplication
Automation & Process Optimization
- Design, implement, and maintain declarative automation using:
- Flow (Lightning Flow)
- Approval Processes and business rules
- Workflow Rules (legacy where applicable)
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes
Development & Customization
- Develop custom solutions using:
- Apex
- Visualforce
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build and enhance applications to meet evolving business needs
Integration
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Ensure reliable and secure data exchange across platforms
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to support business decision-making
Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
- Ensure high system availability and user satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification preferred
Strong knowledge of:
Salesforce administration (user management, data management, security, reporting)
Declarative tools (Flow, Approval Processes)
Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Technical Skills
Proficiency in data handling and analysis:
Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, deduplication)
Experience with debugging and performance tuning
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
Behavioral Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Effective at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes
Experience working in global or client-facing environments
