Parts Advisor

Holdcroft has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our busy, award-winning parts team based in Crewe. If you have experience within the automotive parts environment and enjoy building strong customer relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing dealership.
As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting both trade and retail customers while helping to maximise parts sales and maintain excellent service standards within a fast-paced environment.
Your role:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade and retail customers through exceptional service and product knowledge
Maximise parts sales opportunities while delivering a customer-first experience
Manage a busy workload with strong organisation and attention to detail
Ensure all parts orders, systems, and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
Provide professional guidance and support to customers regarding parts availability and specifications
Work collaboratively with the wider aftersales and parts team to achieve departmental goals
Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency within a fast-paced parts environment
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience within a main dealer or motor factor parts environment
Demonstrates strong communication and customer service skills
Is highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload
Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
Has a genuine passion for the automotive industry
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Has a solid understanding of the automotive parts environment
