Visit us at www.beca.com The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua Delivery of administrative support to teams within the Building Services business line will give exposure to multiple projects, from initial bid phase through to project completion. Focused on project operations and drawing on diverse skills, the project administrator will contribute to documents formatting, storing and sharing documents (internally and with clients), project related travel bookings, expenses and the administrative tasks critical to effective project control and delivery. Certainly, no two days will be the same, with wide opportunity to actively engage with project leaders and teams, playing a key role towards the successful delivery of their projects. About You - Te Rongoā Confident and proactive in your administrative skills, your experience within a project-focused environment will be valued. You may have previous experience in construction or consulting. Working across our teams you’ll be adept at juggling multiple priorities across numerous concurrent projects. You’ll enjoy working with both words and numbers, enjoying the variety of multiple workstreams and areas of contribution. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, you’ll be keen to embrace new tools and technology, curious to ask questions and share your ideas for continuous improvement. You’ll love being fully immersed in the team, being an integral contributor to best practice project outcomes and to a team culture which invites and welcomes diversity of backgrounds, experiences and ideas.
