At Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, exceptional experiences extend beyond the resort and into the luxury homes and villas that make up the Hualālai community. As a Property Services Coordinator, you will serve as a trusted caretaker and ambassador for homeowners participating in our Malama Hale property care program, ensuring their residences are maintained to the highest standards while delivering the personalized service and attention to detail that define the Four Seasons experience.
This role combines property care, homeowner relations, project coordination, and service excellence. You will work closely with homeowners, vendors, and resort partners to protect and enhance the ownership experience while creating peace of mind for residents when they are both on and off property. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic luxury environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide comprehensive property care services for luxury homes and villas enrolled in the Malama Hale program, maintaining a thorough understanding of each property's systems, features, and needs.
- Conduct weekly walk-throughs, monthly inspections, owner arrival preparations, and departure checks to ensure residences are maintained in pristine condition.
- Partner with homeowners to coordinate repairs, warranty work, maintenance projects, and property improvements while providing timely updates and follow-through.
- Coordinate and oversee vendor services, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Complete detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation within residential management systems.
- Assist homeowners with understanding and operating in-home systems, appliances, and technology as needed.
- Support residential and guest services, including arrival greetings, deliveries, transportation coordination, and other homeowner requests when required.
- Build trusted relationships with homeowners through proactive communication, professionalism, and personalized service.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling homeowner information, property details, and personal requests.
- Uphold Four Seasons standards while contributing to a culture of collaboration, care, and excellence.
WHAT TO BRING
- A passion for providing personalized service and creating exceptional ownership and guest experiences.
- Two or more years of experience in property management, facilities management, construction, or a related field within a resort, residential, or luxury environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to interact with sophisticated clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to building positive relationships with homeowners, vendors, and team members.
- A valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
