Starting salary from $68k/year and up
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before July 31, 2026.

Outbound Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Monitors productivity of OB team on Power BI and provides daily workflow direction and guidance to Outbound Coordinators
- Communicates performance metrics within workflow vertical to Outbound team members
- Participates in the orientation, training, competency assessment, and evaluation of Outbound Care Coordinators within workflow vertical
- Prepares work schedules and takes appropriate action to ensure tech coverage when unscheduled absences occur.
- Complies with professional practice and patient confidentiality laws
- Uses discretion and independent judgment in handling patient complaints received, while documenting incidents in the system and forwards to appropriate staff members.
- Communicates with Pharmacy Director of any information received from patient, physician, insurance company, and/or employees about the patient care or needs.
- Must exhibit excellent skills in the following areas: verbal/written communication, computer/data entry/software proficiency, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, self-discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Dedicated rare disease support and management of rare disease patients.
- Possess a strong understanding of various manufacturer programs and their specifics. Effectively communicate programs (Connectmed360 programs and PSD Programs) details to Outbound team members, including the type of program available, eligibility criteria, and guidelines, and understand the program rules.

- Responsible for conducting interviews to ensure alignment with company standards, mission, and goals.
Outbound Supervisor Requirements:
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Desired: Pharmacy Technician Certification, desired; Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) desired.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, required. 2-4 years of experience in retail or specialty pharmacy, preferred.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Current knowledge of all applicable local, state and federal pharmacy laws, rules and regulations.
- Superior level of customer service and time management, as well as understanding the department operations.
- Must be familiar with general pharmacy terminology, billing quantity, SIG codes, roman numerals, brand and generic names of medications, and IV dosage calculations/day supply.
- Highly effective in working objectively with a diverse group of people and must demonstrate communication, organizational, administrative and office skills.
- Proficient in data entry, verbal skills, computer skills and the ability to learn the department’s software system.
- Must be a team player willing to accept and promote organizational goals and function with minimal supervision.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, employees, or senior management.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions in practical solutions.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality.
- Must be registered with Board of Pharmacy.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Required: Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Desired: Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB).
- Must be registered with Board of Pharmacy.
