Position Summary
The Hostess is responsible for warmly greeting residents and guests, managing dining room seating, and supporting the overall flow of service to ensure a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth

Manage reservations and seating arrangements

Assist servers and dining staff as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area

Provide excellent customer service in a resident-centered environment
Qualifications
