BruinShop - Flex Student Worker

Serve as an on-call team member providing operational and event support during peak times. Operate registers efficiently and deliver excellent customer service. Assist with Cub Club rewards, phones, and general store support. Support major campus events including Welcome Week, Graduation, Family Weekend, Be Belmont Day, BruinDen, Sidewalk Sales, and seasonal/break coverage. Work assigned men’s and women’s basketball games alongside a student leader Basketball shifts are typically ~3 hours and may range from late morning to evening (approximately 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM), depending on game times. Fill in shifts as needed when student workers call out and provide critical coverage support. Maintain flexible, on-call availability based on team needs. Demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, and a team-oriented attitude. Serve as a priority candidate for standard student worker roles, with opportunity for expanded hours and increased responsibility based on performance.
