Job Description
Wealth Digital Enablement Trainer
Is This Role Right for You?
As a Wealth Digital Enablement Trainer at Richardson Wealth, you will help shape and deliver modern learning experiences that support advisors and internal teams across the organization.
In this role, you will help advisors, advisor support teams, and internal business partners maximize the value of the firm’s digital tools, operational processes, and advisor-facing platforms. You are more than a trainer—you are an enablement expert who understands how wealth professionals run their practice and can translate technology, workflows, and business processes into practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen client service, support business growth, and drive adoption.
You understand the advisor and assistant experience and can clearly connect technology to business outcomes. You explain not just how tools work, but why they matter, how they fit into the broader advisor journey, and how they work together to create capacity, reduce friction, and improve the overall advisor experience. You are equally skilled at delivering training, guiding users through change, identifying adoption barriers, and collaborating with stakeholders to support meaningful, sustained adoption.
You are curious, adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about creating learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and forward-thinking.
