
Product Manager Lead, Lead Ads (Mandarin Speaker)

About the Team The Lead & Service team is part of the Global Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for lead & service clients. Our vision is to make our product the leading platform for lead & service marketers to acquire users and provide high quality services to users by building products that generate high quality leads and support unique vertical needs.
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to build highly scalable machine learning products that determine what ads billions of TikTok users see and engage with. You will be responsible for helping 'millions' of advertisers improve their return on ad spend, growing overall monetization efficiency, and protecting the experience of our users, creators, and community through an industry-leading recommendation system.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation and application of AI Agent systems in the service scenario of lead-based advertisers, focusing on core business indicators such as lead acquisition efficiency and lead conversion rate, and taking responsibility for the final business results;
- Deeply insight into the customer acquisition needs and pain points of lead advertisers, and optimize the strategies and solutions for the entire link of advertising lead mining, screening and reach based on the technical characteristics of AI Agent;
- Lead the product design of AI Agent and the implementation of automated solutions for lead advertisers, including but not limited to intelligent lead matching Agent, automated advertising material generation Agent, intelligent customer follow-up Agent, etc.;
- Continuously track the industry trends and cutting-edge technologies in the AI Agent field, promote the innovative iteration of products and services, and help the company maintain a leading position in the AI service field of lead advertising.
Minimum Qualifications
- More than 5 years of product-related work experience, with experience in AI Agent product design or lead advertising industry, familiar with the training, optimization and effect evaluation methods of intelligent Agent systems;
- Possess excellent logical thinking ability, data analysis ability and self-drive, be good at cross-scenario communication, can accurately capture the needs of lead advertisers, and promote the implementation of product solutions;
- Have excellent cross-team collaboration skills, and can cooperate efficiently with R&D, data science, sales and other teams to jointly complete the R&D and commercial implementation of AI Agent products.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion
