BANQUETS BARTENDER 

At Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, our Banquets team creates unforgettable experiences through exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. From oceanfront weddings and celebratory dinners to corporate events and private gatherings, every event reflects the luxury and personalized care that define the Four Seasons experience. 

 

As a Banquet Bartender, you will play an important role in bringing these events to life by crafting and serving premium beverages while creating meaningful connections with our guests. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences with warmth and professionalism. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Prepare and serve a variety of wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty beverages in accordance with Four Seasons standards and established recipes.

• Deliver exceptional beverage service during weddings, meetings, conventions, social events, and private functions throughout the resort.

• Engage guests with thoughtful recommendations and share knowledge about beverage selections, ingredients, origins, and preparation methods.

• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and create personalized experiences that exceed expectations.

• Accurately process transactions and maintain attention to detail when handling orders and payments.

• Support event execution through bar setup, inventory assistance, garnish preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Work collaboratively with Banquets, Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Resort teams to ensure seamless event operations. 

 

WHAT TO BRING 

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage 

• A minimum of two years of bartending or related hospitality experience.

• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service techniques.

• The ability to work confidently in a dynamic luxury resort environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating meaningful guest interactions.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and leaders.
