Job Description
- Show passion, purpose, care and coaching by designing and implementing safe and effective exercise programs, incorporating a variety of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and restorative techniques.
- Provide personalized training sessions tailored to each client's needs.

Qualifications:
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with members, while delivering excellent customer service with an energetic, motivating, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and diplomatically.
- Baseline computer skills for managing email, schedules, and other business tools.
- Thorough knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and fitness programming.
- Ability to demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Certifications, Degrees &Training Experience:
- Holds one or more nationally accredited PT Certifications
- CPR/AED certified, required
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Four-year degree in Exercise Science or a related field, preferred
- Minimum one-year personal training experience, preferred
- Previous experience in fitness program design, preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
- Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing

Level 1

Earn $20 per 60-minute session
Level 2

Earn $25 – $35 per 60-minute session
Level 3

Earn $30 – $50 per 60-minute session
Elite Level

Earn $35 – $67 per 60-minute session
*** 30-minute sessions are compensated at half the rate of a 60-minute session.
