This position is for 2025 intake. Longer internship preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of New Client, to assist CSM in:
    • Consolidating contractual requirements (SOW)
    • Scheduling and coordinating kick-off meetings (both internal and with client)
    • Minutes taking
    • Assist to maintain accurate records, tracking progress and client requests

  • Existing Client, to assist CSM in:
    • Scheduling and coordinating monthly/ad-hoc meetings
    • Minutes taking
    • Assist to maintain accurate records, tracking progress and client requests
    • Assist in project management matters
    • Assist in monthly report drafting and contextualizing

  • CSM Team, to assist team in:
    • Attending CSM bi-weekly Cadence as the minutes writer to have a better understanding of CSM work
    • Updating of existing CSM team’s documents (SOP, Client Profile Sheet)
    • Identifying and suggest improvements to the current CSM’s team processes, before assisting in documenting best practices and creating SOP
    • Collecting client’s feedback to identify common issues and opportunities for enhancing existing process
    • Log extraction for specific clients
