We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated fresh graduates to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team as Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate. In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise-grade software products by working closely with development, product, and QA teams while gaining hands-on experience in testing tools, processes, and best practices.

 * Execute manual test cases and assist in developing test scenarios based on requirements
 * Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools
 * Validate functional, regression, sanity, and smoke test cases
 * Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and senior QA engineers
 * Understand functional and technical requirements of assigned modules
 * Participate in test planning, test execution, and test result analysis
 * Follow established QA processes, standards, and Agile/Scrum practices
 * Actively participate in QA training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives

 * Education: BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science, IT, or related discipline)
 * Strong understanding of: 
 * Software testing fundamentals and SDLC
 * Manual testing concepts and defect lifecycle
 

 * Test case design techniques
 * Databases and SQL
 * Automation concepts or tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) - added advantage
 * Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
 * Clear written and verbal communication skills
 * Eagerness to learn QA tools, processes, and automation frameworks
 * Interest in enterprise applications and ERP systems.
