We are looking for an EMEA Payroll Coordinator M/F/X located in Roissy (France), permanent contract - full time.
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll in compliance with company policies and local regulations in the EMEA region.
This role involves maintaining payroll records, resolving discrepancies, ensuring accuracy of payroll and responding to employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities for this role :
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by reviewing timesheets, addressing discrepancies with frontline leaders, and making necessary adjustments to pay batches. Manage the transfer of timesheets into payroll batches and enters manual checks as needed. Review pre-processed payroll batches to verify accuracy before final submission.
- Maintain and manage payroll data, including employee personal information, wages, tax exemptions, and garnishments, ensuring proper data handling and security. Support the administration and implementation of payroll systems or new modules as needed. Generate reports for data analysis and payroll management.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with internal policies, external regulations, and tax filing requirements. Manage mandated regional reporting and completes verification of sections on external documents. Assist with audits by compiling necessary documentation for management review.
- Assist in entering and importing payroll journal entries into the ERP system on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Ensure accurate reconciliation of payroll calculations against payments and prepare reports when necessary.
- Act as a resource for employees and frontline leaders by assisting with payroll inquiries, timesheet discrepancies, and time-off-related concerns. Support teams in accurately entering earnings data in required portals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Skills requirements for this role :
- Bachelor's Degree in Payroll or Finance or Business Administration with 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in an international company
- Fluent in English & French
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 ( Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Knowledge and/or experience with ADP Payroll systems (Time, Attendance, Benefit and Reports)
- Able to communicate with different stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized & able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
