Global Digital UX Specialist

You will start with smaller, well-scoped tasks and gradually take on more complex work, with guidance from a manager and senior colleagues.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• You will contribute to global UX work end to end, from research to design to validation, and help monitor how solutions are implemented across platforms and markets.
• You will co-create UX strategy and support its execution across markets, learning how to turn business goals and user needs into practical UX priorities.
• You will support UX research initiatives (qualitative and quantitative, online or in-person, in-house or via agencies), help with scripts and evaluation, and learn how to turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• You will translate user insights into prototypes and specifications and create page or element prototypes using prototyping tools and, when useful, CMS or basic HTML/CSS.
• You will validate user requirements before, during, and after implementation in an iterative, agile way, learning how to improve solutions based on evidence and feedback.
• You will collaborate with digital specialists and creatives to improve web UX and performance outcomes such as customer satisfaction and conversion.
• You will participate in creating and integrating UX guidelines and scalable UX assets such as customer journeys, information architecture, interaction design, personas, usability and accessibility, and contribute to consistent UX across markets.
• You will be encouraged to suggest UX improvements in a data-driven way, regularly share progress, and grow into a confident “voice of the user” within your scope. 

What we are looking for

• An entry-level or early-career UX profile with a portfolio (school, personal, freelance, internship is fine),
• Strong willingness to learn,
• Comfort with feedback and iteration, and the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate,
• You do not need to know everything, but you should be proactive, structured, and genuinely interested in user-centered design at scale.

 

Growth path

This role is designed as a starting point with clear progression options, including Global Digital UX Specialist and related digital roles.

Basic wage component (gross): from 1800 EUR /month 

• The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months)
