The UNIQLO Manager Candidate Program (UMC Program) will prepare you to take on many roles as an innovator, a talent developer, a problem solver, and above all, a business leader.
As part of this program, you will join a group of passionate peers and undertake a training program designed to build the skills you will need and give you the experience necessary to become an effective Store Manager to be able to run a business generating millions in sales.
After joining UNIQLO, you will get an extensive training for 6 months in Store after which you will be assigned to Store operation in NCR for existing or new stores. The company is committed to helping you improve your skills and knowledge so that you can eventually seek promotion to Store Manager.
Those who attain all skills and experience as a successful Store Manager in India will be eligible to have other functional role or later transfer to other overseas branches or headquarters in Tokyo.

Working Location:
First Location is in Delhi-NCR followed by pan-India with potential later assignment overseas
