About Production Management Candidate
We assign production department members, who manage product quality and production progress, and Takumi (skilled artisans) to production offices in Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, Dhaka, Jakarta, and Bengaluru. Production office representatives visit factories weekly to resolve any issues and ensure quality management right there on the factory floor.
We are recruiting passionate individuals to join our global supply chain management trainee program. As a Production Management Trainee, you will:

Application Requirements
- Full-time university graduates (Bachelor’s degree or above) graduating in 2026 or 2027; all majors welcome
- Business-level English proficiency, fluent in spoken English
- Passion for learning, adaptability to change, and a drive for innovation and achievement
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Available for frequent business travel, up to 3–4 days per week
- Opportunities for overseas assignments and travel
