
Part Time Clerk, General Administration and Employee Satisfaction
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, mail and courier arrangements.
- Maintain and monitor fixed asset records and office supplies inventories
- Reception duties including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
- Support planning company events and activities
- Assist any ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
Diploma holder or equivalent, with 1-year of experience in administrative or office support roles
Proficient at spoken, professional phone-call manners and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
Positive, self-motivated and multi-tasking
Able to work independently and proactively
Workday Day : Monday to Friday (3-4 days per week)
Workday Hour : 09:00-18:00 (4-8hrs per day)
Work Location : Tsim Sha Tsui
Immediate available would be preferred
