Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure local loss is kept 0.25% and below
- Manage and audit Loss Prevention in the store and security system
- Manage outsourced guards, our suppliers and vendors
- Check stores and feedback
- Train Store Manager and Area Manager in Loss Prevention techniques and incident management
- Handle with any stolen product cases occurring in the store and deal with polices and/or legal persons.
- Check monthly reports from supervisors
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to Regional Head
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Thai nationality
- Minimum 4 years of experience in loss prevention management
- Experience in safety environment or security guard management will be an advantage
- Good commanding of English both writing and speaking skill
- Proficient in Microsoft office; Excel, Word & Power Point
