BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator conducts case reads, supports direct service supervisors with data management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in maintaining the PI spreadsheets
Assists the above in action plans.
Completes customer satisfaction survey data entry.
Assists in the analysis of customer service satisfaction results.
Prepares various monthly PI reports for offices, including reports for the PI summary.
Prepares agenda and meeting materials for corporate residential PI.
Facilitate meetings in absence of Director QA/PI.
Creates additional graphs for A&D Report
Compile 16 and older list.
Assist with providing PI for any grants or new programs.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client’s personal and health information and agency propriety data, adhering to HIPPA regulations and company policies.
Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follow directives as required.
Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms.
Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
Ensures client’s rights are protected.
Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Other duties as assigned.
Will participate in a minimum of 40 hours in-service education per year.
