Lakeview Subdivision, a welcoming residential community in Brownsville, TN, is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our on-site team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, resident relations, and community engagement. Affordable housing / Tax Credit experience is a plus, but not required.

What We�re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leasing experience preferred; customer service or sales experience required
- Tax Credit / Affordable Housing experience a plus
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); property management software experience a plus
- Comfortable using social media and online tools for marketing and leasing
- Saturday availability required
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and tour prospective residents through the community
- Present apartment features, amenities, and lease terms effectively
- Qualify prospects and assist with the application and leasing process
- Prepare and process lease agreements, deposits, and documentation accurately
- Maintain organized prospect and resident records
- Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and show-ready
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident and prospect inquiries
- Assist with marketing outreach, community events, and occupancy goals
- Support compliance efforts, including Fair Housing and program requirements
