What We�re Looking For

• 1yr+ property leasing experience required (leadership a plus)
• Multifamily experience in a large or high-volume community preferred
• Strong knowledge of property management & office software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment

Experience With

• Rent collections & payment processing
• Resident ledgers & delinquency tracking
• Leasing, renewals & resident retention

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and resident services
• Assist with leasing, tours, applications, approvals, and move-ins
• Maintain accurate resident files, rent rolls, and financial records
• Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and reporting
• Support occupancy goals through effective sales and follow-up
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and administrative tasks
• Communicate professionally with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members
