What You�ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Leasing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, customer service, or sales background
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Must be available to work Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents; conduct tours
• Complete lease agreements and collect deposits
• Maintain accurate resident records and leasing files
• Ensure models and vacant apartments are ready for showings
• Respond to resident concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Help create and share marketing content locally and online
• Uphold Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards
