Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; MBA preferred
3+ years of healthcare sales management experience in addition to 7+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience (eye health industry preferred) is required, along with a documented track record of success (attainment to goals, awards, formal recognition) in those roles
Outstanding leadership characteristics and ability to inspire a team
Strategic thinking and efficient decision-making capabilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven success in personnel evaluation, hiring and continuous development
Reflects strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills across a variety of settings/channels
High aptitude for financial analysis and assimilation of complex information
Experience using Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, or other customer relationship management (CRM) applications is required. Experience with Power BI preferred.
This is a remote field-based position that typically requires up to 50% overnight travel. Must reside within the territory or live within a reasonable distance of territory workload center.
Candidates should be physically able to perform all job duties which may necessitate: lifting sample boxes (up to 25 pounds); traveling by airplane and car, usually within the US; remaining in standing position for prolonged periods of time when giving presentations or lunches; and performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards.
