Job Description
Sitecore Support Engineer Senior
Requirements:
Must have:
Strong experience supporting cloud-native, microservices-based applications
Solid background in C# and .NET Core
Experience supporting Sitecore XM Cloud environments
Experience working with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of cloud data and integration services (AppSync, DocumentDB)
Experience troubleshooting end-to-end applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Hands-on experience with application monitoring, performance analysis, and system health checks
Experience validating deployments and ensuring post-release stability
Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (Angular) for support and collaboration
Ability to perform proactive maintenance and prevent incidents
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in 24x7 production support environments
Responsibilities:
Provide 24x7 production support for business-critical applications
Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
Handle service requests and application configuration support
Monitor application performance and health in distributed systems
Validate deployments and ensure post-release stability
Execute proactive health checks to prevent outages and performance degradation
Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, microservices, and cloud components
Support Sitecore XM Cloud applications and related services
Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams during incidents
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
Propose and implement improvements and minor enhancements to stabilize applications
Required Languages
English: Advanced
Spanish: Fluent or Native
Location
Mexico/Bogotá and surroundings (Hybrid), Rest of Colombia (Remote)

Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, is required
