Job Description
About Frencken
At Frencken, we design and manufacture complex, high-precision systems and components for leading OEMs in the semiconductor, medical, analytical & life sciences, and industrial automation markets - the kind of technology that sits inside chip-making machines, electron microscopes, mass spectrometers, and advanced medical equipment.
What does the CNC Turner role involve?
As a CNC Turner at Frencken, you'll get every chance to put your craftsmanship on display - especially if precision is second nature to you and you're passionate about producing high-tech components. Drawings and specifications? You know exactly what to do with them. You program the machines (partly upstream via work preparation, partly directly at the machine) and handle the setup yourself. And because you believe that anything good can always be made better, you actively contribute ideas to improve the production process.
What we're looking for
- A completed MBO level 3–4 qualification in machining (verspaning)
- Experience as a CNC Turner in precision machining
- Solid knowledge of machining conditions (cutting parameters, tooling, materials)
- Experience with Siemens or Fanuc controls is a plus
What we offer
Working at Frencken means working in an informal environment alongside colleagues who share your passion for technology. We reward your commitment with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including:
- 27 holiday days
- 13 ADV days (additional paid time off)
- A bonus scheme
- Room to keep developing professionally, with real growth opportunities
