Why We Are Hiring:
As our cleanroom capacity expands, a specialized engineer is needed to design, maintain, and monitor cleanroom environments. A Cleanroom Engineer will bring value through:
Yield Optimization: Minimize airborne particles and contamination to reduce defects and improve production yield.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 14644, SEMI standards, and internal audit requirements.
Process Stability: Maintain critical parameters such as airflow, pressure, and humidity.
Personnel Training: Implement and enforce cleanroom protocols to prevent contamination.
Cost Efficiency: Reduce rework and scrap through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement cleanroom layouts and airflow systems per ISO 14644 standards.
Monitor environmental parameters: particle counts, temperature, humidity, and pressure.
Identify and mitigate contamination sources from personnel, equipment, and materials.
Oversee maintenance of HEPA filters, HVAC systems, and cleanroom equipment.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for contamination events.
Ensure compliance with SEMI, ISO, and internal quality standards.
Maintain detailed documentation, including calibration records, audit logs, and environmental monitoring reports.
Train and supervise staff on cleanroom protocols, gowning procedures, and contamination control.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
2–5 years of experience in cleanroom operations, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
Strong understanding of cleanroom classifications and ISO 14644-1 standards.
Proficiency in environmental monitoring tools, HVAC systems, and filtration technologies.
Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and contamination control.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with regulatory compliance (SEMI, ISO, GMP) is a plus.
