1）严格按照“PVD作业指导书”的要求进行生产。
2）周转车、防护手套按规定区域整齐摆放；认真规范填写好工艺流程卡及生产相关记录。
3）做好生产前的准备工作，生产前确保炉内整洁干净。挂产品时要轻拿轻放减少对产品的划伤；上挂完成后检查挂具是否安装到位； 4）生产时注意产品在炉内是否正常运转；是否有报警异常；是否有超时异常等；如发现任何异常现象第一时间通知组长或主管。 5）生产完成后第一时间打开镀膜炉并上挂产品，确保炉与炉之间的生产有序衔接。 6）负责PVD工作区域5S工作，保持机器及其附近清洁；地面无掉落产品或治具；周转车、指套、挂具等一切物品按规定区域整齐摆放。 7）工作中要认真学习并会熟练使用MES系统的PDA。 8）要认真学习并会简单操作使用镀膜AOI自动化设备。 9）遵守公司的各项管理制度，积极主动地完成上级领导的各项工作安排。
