Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking an Engineering Tech, Level 3 to work in Anniston, AL. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Track the day-to-day status of potential line stoppers and critical shortage parts with special interest focused on resolving integration, schedule, quality, manufacturing, and production program management issues between ANAD, M88, TACOM Item Managers, DLA, Service and Supply Activities, GDAO, and the various Process Action Teams.
• Track part shortages identified during field inspections, vehicle disassembly, reclamation, and repair/overhaul processes at ANAD and provide status of requisitions for those part shortages and assemblies shipped to and from vendors for repair and/or upgrade in support of vehicle production programs at ANAD.
• Attend the annual Program Management Review (PMR).
• Report status of ANAD projects to PM upon request.
• Communicate via phone, email, and Microsoft TEAMS.
• Provide support to PM and PdMs as required.

Experience/Skills:

• Minimum 15 years specialized experience in working with/on tracked or wheeled combat vehicles in military or civilian capacity, working directly with PM offices, and working onsite at military installations

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent education, an associate's degree in a technical science field or some classes in engineering at an accredited university

Clearance: 

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
• Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
