Fertigungsplaner (m/f/d)

Aktuell sind wir für unsere Produktion auf der Suche nach einem Fertigungsplaner (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Termin in Vollzeit

Hier sind Deine Kenntnisse gefragt:

Unterstützen des Bereichsleiters Produktion im operativen Tagesgeschäft zur Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse

Optimieren bestehender und Auslegen neuer Produktionsworkflows (Maschinen, Prozesse, Material)

Durchführen von Zeitaufnahmen, Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotentialen

Reduzieren von Durchlauf- und Fertigungszeiten

Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumentationen

Optimieren & Mitwirken bei der Serieneinführung von Neuprodukten

Fertigungsbezogene Unterstützung der ERP-Systemeinführung und -Pflege

Das bringst Du mit:

Technisches Studium, Ausbildung zum Meister oder Techniker oder technische Berufsausbildung mit praktischer Erfahrung

Fundierte REFA-Ausbildung (z.B.REFA-Process-Engineer und/oder REFA Operations Manager) mit nachgewiesener mind. 5-jähriger Anwendungspraxis

Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung mit der Leitung von Verbesserungs- oder Lean-Projekten

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen 

Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Teamplayer, Hands-on Mentalität, enger Bezug zur Fertigung

Von Vorteil sind:

SixSigma Black Belt 

Kenntnisse einer Fabrikplanungssoftware
