Land Rover Palm Beach is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our elite service team. As part of a premier luxury automotive brand, we are looking for a professional who delivers exceptional client experiences while driving service department performance.
Position Overview
The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between our clients and the service department. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Responsibilities

Greet clients promptly and professionally

Consult with customers regarding vehicle concerns and service needs

Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates

Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion

Communicate repair recommendations clearly and confidently

Monitor repair progress and provide status updates

Ensure compliance with manufacturer and warranty guidelines

Maintain high levels of CSI and customer satisfaction

Close repair orders efficiently and accurately
Qualifications

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (luxury dealership experience a plus)

CDK experience preferred

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Valid driver’s license
