Express Lube Technician – Full Time
Location: Ford Spring Hill
Ford Spring Hill is seeking full-time Express Lube Technicians to join our growing service team. We offer top pay, excellent benefits, and multiple positions available.
Responsibilities:
As an Express Lube Technician, you will perform both basic and advanced maintenance on vehicles, including diagnosing mechanical issues and testing parts and systems. Key duties include:

Accessing all areas of vehicles to identify and repair problems

Disassembling and reassembling parts correctly

Using power tools (pneumatic wrenches, lathes, jacks/hoists) and hand tools (sockets, ratchets, wrenches, pliers)

Performing routine maintenance and repairs with accuracy and efficiency

Following checklists, procedures, and safety protocols
-
Assisting with additional duties as needed
Work Schedule: Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including Saturdays and overtime when required.
Requirements:

18 years of age or older
-
Valid driver’s license
-
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
-
Entry-level technicians welcome – we provide training

Strong team orientation, flexibility, and commitment to high-quality customer service

Ability to explain mechanical issues to service advisors in simple terms

Good verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
-
Willingness to adhere to all warranty, regulatory, and company safety/compliance procedures
