Service Advisor / Service Writer
Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland – Lakeland, FL
Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor / Writer to join our growing service team. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As the primary liaison between our customers and technicians, you will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while driving service department performance.
Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

Listen carefully to customer concerns and document repair orders accurately

Provide clear repair recommendations and cost estimates

Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion

Communicate repair progress and updates to customers

Review and close repair orders efficiently and accurately

Maintain CSI standards and build long-term customer relationships

Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and company policies

Assist with scheduling service appointments as needed
Qualifications

Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred

Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask in a high-volume service drive

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong organizational and computer skills

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
