Job Description
The Government Relations Manager serves as EMSA’s primary representative and subject-matter resource on legislative, regulatory, and governmental affairs at the local, state, and federal levels. This position monitors policy developments, builds effective relationships with elected officials and government agencies, and advances EMSA’s strategic interests through proactive advocacy, communication, and coordination. The role works closely with internal leadership to align legislative strategies with organizational priorities and to ensure EMSA’s voice is effectively heard in public policy conversations that impact emergency medical services, public health, and municipal operations.
