How You'll Create Impact
- Drive sales performance across the assigned territory, with a strong focus on strategic and priority accounts.
- Build and strengthen trusted relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Promote the value of Zimmer Biomet’s RECON portfolio through a highly professional, customer-focused approach.
- Coordinate product education and support to ensure effective product adoption and clinical use.
- Execute regional sales strategies in close partnership with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate account data, opportunity tracking, and reporting within SF.com.
- Provide market insights, forecasts, and competitive intelligence to support business planning and decision-making.
- Ensure strong territory coverage and consistent engagement across orthopedic hospitals within the region.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous sales experience, ideally within medical devices, orthopedics, or a related healthcare environment.
- Understanding of health economics and healthcare policy dynamics.
- Fluent Slovak and communicative English are required.
- A valid clean driving license is essential.
Travel Expectations
- Regular travel by car across the assigned territory in Central & Eastern Slovakia.
- Additional domestic travel, including overnight stays, as business needs require.
- Occasional international travel may also be required.
