Senior Project Manager

Role Overview: The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading the full lifecycle execution of Signal Energy’s most complex and strategically significant utility-scale solar EPC projects. The SPM operates with a high level of independence and judgment, ensuring safe, timely, and financially disciplined delivery. In addition, the SPM plays a pivotal role in developing future project leaders, elevating project management standards, and reinforcing the culture and operating rhythms of Project Delivery. This role requires an experienced, forward-thinking project leader who can navigate significant technical, commercial, and contractual challenges, strengthen relationships with clients and partners, and model the behaviors expected across Signal’s project teams.
