Staff Platform Engineer

O2E Brands is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to join our growing technology team. You’ll design and build the foundational services, tooling, and infrastructure that our product engineering teams depend on every day — and you’ll help shape the next generation of those capabilities as we invest in AI-augmented software development workflows.

This role sits at the center of how the company builds software. You’ll own cross-cutting platform concerns — APIs, developer tooling, CI/CD, observability, and service integrations — while also leading our early exploration of agentic engineering patterns: AI agents that can autonomously write, test, and deliver code with human oversight.
