ROUSTABOUT

The Roustabout does whatever is needed on the rig and around the rig site to help operations run smoothly.

ROLE:

In general work everywhere on and around rig helping where directed and needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personally responsible for own safety and conducting ones self to the standards of Nabors Policies and Procedures
• Always wear you Personal Protective Equipment
• Attend and participate in all safety meetings and drills.
• Be involved in the Smart Program
• Work safely at all times
• Assisting Derrickman in mixing chemicals
• Assisting Floormen in keeping rig and location clean and organized
• Assist Floormen on rig floor when needed.
• Keep a good attitude towards your job.
• Help Electrician or mechanic when needed.
• Help Operator Rep. when asked if needed.
• Report all accidents, incidents and near misses to direct supervisor.
• Help Forklift and Crane Operator as needed, know and always give clear signals when directing the operator.
• Always perform your duties to the best of you ability
• Be a team player.
• Perform whatever duties are necessary on and around rig to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum years of Experience:

An entry level.

Qualifications:

High School or Equielent and above.
